Do — write eight STAR stories from real work: conflict, failure, ambiguity, a tight deadline, influence without authority, a technical call you would now make differently, mentoring, and disagreement with your manager.

Check —

• Every story has a number in the Result
• Every story runs under two minutes spoken — time yourself
• The failure story admits an actual failure; "my weakness is perfectionism" fails the round
• Each maps to a named Leadership Principle if you are targeting Amazon
• You say "I" where you did the thing, not "we"
