Baseline test

Learn — nothing yet. That is the point: this measures where you actually are, not where you are after a warm-up.

Do — in one sitting, timed and recorded: one Easy (20 min), two Mediums (35 min each), from a pattern you have not drilled. Then a 45-minute system design question, out loud.

Check — route yourself honestly:

• Solved 0–1, no clear approach — start at CareerPath 100 and do all four blocks.
• Solved 2–3, slow or messy — start at CareerPath 100, skim the patterns you already own.
• Solved 3 cleanly, design was vague — skip ahead to System Design.

Ship — the recording, plus a one-page honest gap list. You will re-record at the end and the difference is your evidence.

Do not skip this because you think you know the answer. Nearly everyone rates themselves one band too high.
