AutoApply

Write it once, not forty times

Every application asks for the same details. Save them here and AutoApply fills them into Greenhouse and Lever forms — and stops there, so nothing is sent that you have not read.

What it does

Fills the repetitive part

Name, contact, links, education — the same fields every application asks for, typed once instead of every time.

Selects, it does not just type

Greenhouse renders location, school and degree as dropdowns that ignore a typed value. AutoApply picks the matching option and checks it took.

Leaves declarations to you

Work authorisation, sponsorship and the self-identification questions are only ever filled from answers you set yourself. Nothing about them is guessed.

How it works

  1. Add your details

Contact details, links, education, and the work-authorisation answers every form asks for. Saved to your account, so you fill them in once rather than once per browser.

  2. Open an application

Any Greenhouse or Lever form. AutoApply notices it on its own.

  3. Fill, then read it

One click fills what it can and tells you exactly which fields it touched. It never submits — you review and send it yourself.

Where this is up to

The browser extension is not on the Chrome Web Store yet, so there is nothing to install from this page today. Everything behind it works: your details are saved to your account, the extension pulls them from there with a token you create on the details page, and those same details ground the answers drafted for written questions.

Filling them in now is not wasted — it is the setup step either way. Tell us if you want a nudge when the extension is out.

What it will not do

  • Submit an application. It fills fields and stops; sending is always yours.
  • Overwrite something you have already typed. A field with a value in it is left alone.
  • Answer a question your details do not support. It leaves it blank rather than inventing something, because a blank box is visible and a wrong answer reads as reviewed.
  • Guess at work authorisation, sponsorship or self-identification. Those are filled only from answers you set yourself.
